The add-on · per machine

Monitoring and remote access across the whole fleet

A light agent on each machine, one outbound connection — nothing listens at the endpoint. Windows, Linux and macOS, in the same panel and under the same rules.

What the agent does once it is installed

Alerts that become tickets

Rules on CPU, memory, disk and stopped services, with cooldown, silencing and automatic remediation. Every alert opens a ticket in the PSA — and closes it again when the condition clears.

Vulnerabilities by real risk

Synced with the NVD, CVEs correlated against the software you actually have installed, and ranked by EPSS — the probability of exploitation, not just the severity score.

Terminal and screen, in the browser

A real interactive shell — ConPTY on Windows, ptmx on Linux and macOS — and access to the user's screen at high resolution, with a visible notice on the machine. Both sessions are recorded.

And what holds all of it up

Devices and sites
A live inventory of the fleet, organized by client and by location. Groups to act in bulk, and machine retirement that leaves no ghost in the panel.
Software inventory and patching
What is installed on each machine, always current. Patching with maintenance windows scheduled per group, and a report on what was left behind.
Automation
A versioned script library and cron scheduling, scoped by site, group or machine. Every run becomes an audit entry before it leaves — who asked, parameters, output and exit code.
Audit log
A unified history of actions, commands, software and configuration changes. Filterable and paginated, because an audit log nobody can query is not an audit log.

Installing on a hundred machines is not installing a hundred times

Generate a site key in the panel and hand out a single command. On Windows, an MSI with the key already embedded — double click, nothing to type — or via GPO and Intune for the whole fleet.

$ msiexec /i noxus-agent.msi /qn

Questions

What people ask about the agent

Does the agent work on Linux and macOS?

Yes. It is a static binary, validated on Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora and Alpine, as well as Windows 10, 11 and Server, and macOS Intel and Apple Silicon. The software inventory understands apt, dnf and apk.

Will antivirus block the agent?

The agent is Authenticode-signed, carries company metadata and a manifest, and avoids the patterns heuristics chase — such as running scripts out of the Windows temp folder. If there is friction, the documentation has the exclusions ready to apply through GPO or Intune.

Do I need to open a firewall port?

No. The agent opens an outbound connection to the server and holds it; there is no inbound port waiting for connections. In practice that means no inbound firewall rule to negotiate with whoever runs the network, and no new surface exposed on the client's machine.

The RMM is an add-on. The platform is already included.
