The alert never becomes a ticket
Monitoring says the disk is full, someone reads it, someone opens the ticket by hand — and sometimes nobody does. The time between detection and response is pure manual labour.
PSA + RMM · one subscription
Noxus Core is the platform for IT service providers: support with real SLAs, projects, timesheets and invoicing — and, behind the same login, remote monitoring of every machine you manage. The alert your agent catches at 3am is already a ticket, with the client's asset attached.
Card required at signup, cancel any time. Data hosted in Brazil.
Why it exists
It is what nearly every IT provider looks like: one subscription for the help desk, another for monitoring, a spreadsheet for hours, a separate system for invoices, and WhatsApp holding it all together.
Monitoring says the disk is full, someone reads it, someone opens the ticket by hand — and sometimes nobody does. The time between detection and response is pure manual labour.
The technician's hours live in a spreadsheet, the contract lives in a PDF and the invoice comes out of a feeling. A contract that loses money only shows up at month end.
With no portal, every status request is another interruption. And every new tool is one more place your client cannot reach.
One per technician, one per endpoint, one per volume. Nobody can work out the real cost of serving a single client.
Noxus Core solves this the hard way: it is not an integration between two products, it is one product where the ticket and the machine already know each other.
The platform
The core of Noxus Core is the PSA — the service provider's whole operation, from ticket to billing, without switching tabs.
Service desk with queues, routing and SLAs that actually hold.
Companies, contacts and the full history of every account.
The work that does not fit in a ticket, with hours logged.
From quote to payment, on the same data.
Your client follows along on their own, under your brand.
Environment documentation where your team actually looks.
Client credentials out of the notes app.
The number that carries the renewal conversation.
The add-on
A light agent on every machine, one outbound connection — nothing listens at the endpoint. Windows, Linux and macOS, same panel, same rules.
A live inventory of the fleet, organised by client and by location. Machine groups for bulk actions, and device retirement that does not leave ghosts in the panel.
What is installed on each machine, always current. Patching with maintenance windows scheduled per group, and a compliance report for whatever fell behind.
NVD sync, CVE correlation against the software you actually have installed, and prioritisation by EPSS — the real probability of exploitation, not just the severity score.
Rules on CPU, memory, disk, stopped services and whatever else matters. With cooldown, silencing and automatic remediation. And every alert becomes a ticket in the PSA.
A versioned script library and cron scheduling, scoped by site, group or machine. Every run becomes an audit record before it leaves, with who asked, parameters, output and exit code.
A real interactive shell on the machine — ConPTY on Windows, ptmx on Linux and macOS — straight from the browser. With session recording for audit.
Access to the user's screen with high-resolution support, clipboard sync and a visible on-machine notice that someone is connected.
A unified history of actions, commands, software changes and configuration changes. Filterable and paginated, because an audit trail nobody can query is not an audit trail.
Generate a site key in the panel and hand out a single command. On Windows, an MSI with the key already embedded — double click, nothing to type — or via GPO and Intune for the entire fleet.
What sets it apart
Integrating a PSA with an RMM from different vendors is a project. Here there is no integration to build: it is the same product, and the data crosses on its own.
The alert opens the ticket with the right severity and the client already attached. When the condition clears, the ticket closes itself — with no duplicates if the alert flaps.
Every device becomes an asset on the client record, with hostname, OS, architecture, inventory and last contact. Updated on every collection, with nobody typing.
One click takes you from the PSA into the RMM already authenticated, with a short-lived signed token. No second password and no orphaned users.
At 90% and 100% of the machines you contracted, the PSA is notified. An exceeded limit is refused at enrolment, not discovered on the invoice.
Security
The agent runs with maximum privilege and executes remote code. What follows is not optional configuration — it is how the product was built.
Separation between clients is enforced by Row Level Security in Postgres, not by programming discipline. A badly written query returns zero rows instead of another client's data.
Running a script requires the server to allow it and that specific agent to allow it, independently. A compromised server alone is not enough to execute code at the endpoint.
Second factor through an authenticator app, login attempt limits and role-based permissions — in both the PSA and the RMM.
Remote commands, vault access, configuration changes and terminal sessions are logged with author, timestamp and result. Terminal sessions keep the recording.
Authenticode-signed binary, company metadata and a manifest. Job scripts run from their own folder, outside the Windows temp directory — the pattern antivirus heuristics hunt, and one an RMM agent should not use.
The agent opens an outbound connection to the server. There is no open port waiting for connections and no inbound firewall rule to ask your client for.

Questions
A technician is a person: whoever logs in to Noxus Core to handle tickets, run projects or log hours. A machine is a computer or server with the RMM agent installed. They are billed separately: you can have 3 technicians and 200 monitored machines, or 10 technicians and none.
No. The platform works on its own as a complete PSA. The RMM is an add-on and you buy it for however many machines you want to monitor, whenever you want.
It unlocks the full platform and the RMM. We ask for a card at signup and you can cancel within the period at no charge.
From 10 technicians up the subscription becomes Enterprise: 10% off applied automatically and white label included. It is a rule, not a negotiation.
Yes. It is a static binary, validated on Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora and Alpine, as well as Windows 10, 11 and Server, and macOS on Intel and Apple Silicon. Software inventory understands apt, dnf and apk.
The agent is signed, carries company metadata and avoids the patterns heuristics hunt — such as running scripts from the temp directory. If there is still friction, the documentation ships the exclusions ready to apply through GPO or Intune.
On infrastructure in Brazil. Separation between clients is enforced in the database through Row Level Security, not by an application filter.
Yes. There is a public API to import clients, contacts and tickets, and on the Enterprise plan the team walks the migration with you. Talk to us before signing up.
